Fitness Assessment is a 30 - 35 minute session  with a personal trainer to get weighed, take measurements, check body fat and discuss a fitness plan and healthy eating program. Scheduled by appointment only.


Fitness Classes are available in the morning, mid afternoon, evening and on weekends. It's recommended that you review the class description page and make the best decision for you!

Pricing:
The Kick It Up Philosophy
To allow families to participate in Fitness, Dance and Parties together in a noncompetitive, friendly environment with caring and educated staff, giving personalized attention in small class sizes. 

MONTHLY Family-Based Pricing Charts
$25 Annual Registration Fee Per Family 

Monthly Dance & Kids Fitness Pricing:

1 class per week for the month: $45 (Approximately $11 per class) 
2 classes per week for the month: $80 (Approximately $10 per class)
3 classes per week for the month: $115 (Approximately $9 per class)
4 classes per week for the month: $145 (Approximately $8 per class)
5 classes per week for the month: $175 (Approximately $7 per class)
6+ classes: Add $25 per class 

Monthly Fitness Pricing:
(Ages 12+) 

Drop-In per class: $10
Monthly Unlimited Pass Per Person:  $55 
Fitness Assessment - (1) $30.00 or (4) per year $100.00                                                              

 

Specialty Programs:

Cheerleading Performing Team (Ages 5-10): $200 for 5 months
Dance Performing Team (Ages 8-12): $280 for 5 months
Private Dance Classes and Choreography/Coaching sessions: $60 for one hour, $55 for four hours, $50 for 8 hours (to receive discount, must pay in full at the first lesson)
